Summary

This study aims to see if virtual reality games or a specific hands-on physical therapy technique works better to improve arm movement, reduce tremors, and enhance coordination in people with Parkinson's disease. It will involve 28 participants who will try one of the two therapy approaches alongside standard physical therapy for six weeks. The goal is to find more effective and engaging ways to help manage the movement symptoms of Parkinson's.
