NCT ID NCT07463105
Summary
This study is testing if adding virtual reality (VR) exercises to standard physical therapy helps people with long-term low back pain. 80 participants will be randomly assigned to either do standard therapy or standard therapy with some exercises replaced by interactive VR games. The goal is to see if the VR group shows better improvements in movement, pain, and overall well-being after a 4-week program.
