Summary
This study is testing whether virtual reality exercises work as well as standard physical therapy to help women recover arm function after breast cancer surgery. Researchers are comparing both approaches, with and without healthy lifestyle changes, in 60 breast cancer survivors. The goal is to reduce pain, improve movement and strength, and enhance quality of life during recovery.
