Virtual reality headset tested as new focus tool for ADHD
NCT ID NCT06454604
Summary
This study tested whether using a virtual reality (VR) headset could help young adults (ages 18-25) with ADHD concentrate better while doing homework and studying. Researchers compared three groups: one using a VR environment, one using VR with real-time feedback on their focus, and a control group. The main goal was to see if VR improved concentration and was a tool participants liked using.
