This study tests whether adding virtual reality (VR) training to regular practice improves football-specific technical skills, training load, and mental fatigue in licensed male football players. Twenty-four players are randomly assigned to either a VR training group (using the Rezzil Index app on HTC Vive Pro or Oculus Quest 2, twice a week for 8 weeks) or a control group that continues normal training.
