Scientists use VR games to probe altered time in mental illness
NCT ID NCT04432116
Summary
This French research study aims to understand how people with schizophrenia or bipolar disorder experience the flow of time differently. Researchers will use virtual reality games and brain wave recordings (EEG) to measure time perception in 120 participants, including patients and healthy volunteers. The goal is to learn more about these conditions, not to provide treatment.
