Video games tested as new tool to help stroke survivors regain arm movement

NCT ID NCT07299162

Summary

This study is testing whether adding virtual reality (VR) games to standard physical therapy helps people recover arm and hand function after a recent stroke. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard therapy plus video-based training, or that same program plus VR games. The goal is to see if the VR games lead to better movement and quality of life for stroke survivors.
