Summary

This study is testing whether virtual reality (VR) can help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Participants will use VR headsets to practice facing their fears in a simulated home environment, guided by a therapist. The goal is to see if this high-tech approach reduces OCD symptoms, anxiety, and depression compared to waiting for treatment.
