NCT ID NCT07373223
Summary
This study is developing and testing a virtual reality (VR) version of a therapy exercise for adults with psychiatric disorders. Researchers want to see if using VR to practice dialogues with virtual characters is a helpful and acceptable way to work on difficult emotions, self-criticism, and self-esteem. Participants will try one VR session and share their experiences to help improve the tool.
