VR glasses help flight attendants overcome work anxiety to return to skies
NCT ID NCT06888999
Summary
This study is testing whether using virtual reality (VR) glasses to safely practice being back at work can help flight attendants on mental health leave return to their jobs faster. Researchers will compare 118 cabin crew members who receive standard care plus a VR session with those who receive only standard care from their doctors. The goal is to see if this virtual practice reduces job-related anxiety and builds confidence about returning to work.
