Summary
This study is testing whether virtual reality therapy can help reduce trauma symptoms related to COVID-19. The research will involve 100 healthcare workers and COVID-19 survivors who experienced psychological distress during the pandemic. Participants will try 5 weekly VR sessions designed to help process traumatic memories, with researchers measuring changes in PTSD, anxiety, and depression symptoms.
