Summary

This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) can help people who feel traumatized after COVID-19. About 100 healthcare workers and COVID-19 survivors will use VR to safely face and process their stressful memories. The goal is to reduce PTSD, anxiety, and depression over 5 weeks.
