Summary

This study tests whether a low-cost virtual reality (VR) platform can help people recover arm movement after a first-time stroke. Forty adults with moderate to severe arm weakness will either receive VR therapy plus standard care or standard care alone. Researchers will measure motor function, motion sickness, and patient engagement to see if VR is a practical and effective rehabilitation tool.
