Video games prescribed for stroke rehab in new pilot study
NCT ID NCT06864741
Summary
This study is testing whether adding low-cost virtual reality (VR) games to standard stroke therapy can help people recover arm movement better. It will involve 40 adults who have had a first-time stroke with moderate to severe arm weakness. Researchers will compare recovery between those who use the VR games and those who receive standard care alone.
