Summary
This study is testing whether relaxing sounds and virtual reality (VR) experiences can help reduce stress in healthy adults. Participants are randomly assigned to try different combinations of natural soundscapes, VR nature scenes, or a control group during a single 30-minute session. Researchers measure changes in heart rate and ask participants about their stress levels before and after to see what works best.
