Summary

This study is testing whether using a virtual reality (VR) relaxation app can help reduce nausea and vomiting, improve sleep, and increase overall comfort for pregnant women. Researchers will compare 90 pregnant women who use the VR app daily to a group receiving standard care. The goal is to provide a safe, non-drug option for managing common pregnancy discomforts.
