Summary

This study tests whether using virtual reality (VR) relaxation can lower anxiety in people receiving electroconvulsive therapy (ECT) for depression. Twenty adults will try VR relaxation, breathing exercises, or no extra relaxation before their ECT sessions. Researchers will measure anxiety, stress, and heart rate to see if VR offers extra calm.
