Gaming your way to less knee pain? VR physio study seeks answers

NCT ID NCT06639867

Summary

This study is testing whether a home-based virtual reality (VR) exercise program can help people manage pain from knee osteoarthritis. Fifty participants will either use the VR games, which guide them through physiotherapy exercises, or follow a standard home exercise program for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if this VR approach is practical and acceptable for patients to use at home before planning a larger trial.
