First seen Mar 07, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether virtual reality (VR) can make pelvic floor exercises more effective for women who leak urine after childbirth. Fifty women, ages 22-35 and 3-6 months after vaginal delivery, will be randomly assigned to standard training or VR-enhanced training. The goal is to see if VR helps strengthen pelvic muscles and reduce leakage better than exercises alone.
