Summary

This study is testing a shorter version of a proven parenting therapy, enhanced with instructional videos and virtual reality (VR) practice sessions. It aims to help parents of children aged 2-7 who are struggling with disruptive behaviors like defiance and aggression. The research will see if this 10-session program is practical, acceptable to families, and effective at improving child behavior and parenting skills.
