Summary
This study tested whether watching nature scenes through virtual reality headsets could reduce stress in people caring for family members after a stem cell transplant. Twenty-eight caregivers used VR headsets daily for four weeks, watching immersive nature videos. Researchers measured their stress, fatigue, sleep, and mood to see if the virtual nature experience provided relief.
