Summary

This study is testing whether a 30-minute virtual reality experience of nature scenes, combined with special relaxing sounds, can help reduce stress in healthy adults. Eighteen participants will try the VR relaxation session and a regular activity session to compare their effects. Researchers will measure changes in heart rate and ask participants about their stress levels to see if the VR experience promotes relaxation.
