Virtual reality calms nursing Students' exam nerves
NCT ID NCT07349563
Summary
This study tested whether watching calming nature scenes could help reduce stress for nursing students before a high-pressure clinical skills exam. Researchers compared the effects of an immersive virtual reality nature experience to watching a regular nature video on a screen. They measured students' anxiety, self-reported stress, and heart rate patterns to see which method worked better.
