Summary
This study tests whether combining virtual reality with motor imagery exercises can reduce pain and improve quality of life in people with fibromyalgia. Twenty-eight adults with fibromyalgia will be randomly assigned to either conventional exercise alone or conventional exercise plus virtual reality-based motor imagery. The researchers will measure pain, sleep, fatigue, mood, and overall well-being over six weeks.
