Summary
This study is testing whether guided mindfulness exercises delivered through virtual reality (VR) headsets can help reduce impulsive aggression in people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. Participants will try different amounts of VR mindfulness sessions, and researchers will measure changes in their brain activity and aggressive behaviors. The goal is to see if this immersive, tech-based approach can improve emotion control and quality of life.
