NCT ID NCT07599228

First seen May 26, 2026 · Last updated May 26, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether using a virtual reality headset to practice a type of mindfulness therapy called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) can help people with migraine have less disability from their headaches. About 160 adults with episodic migraine will either get usual care or use the VR headset for four weeks. Everyone will track their symptoms, attend two clinic visits, and give blood samples to see if inflammation changes.
