Summary

This study is exploring whether starting voice therapy sessions with a guided meditation in virtual reality helps people learn and retain treatment better. It involves 60 participants with voice disorders and anxiety who will use a VR headset for meditation before their regular therapy. The goal is to see if this calming, focused start reduces anxiety and improves vocal control during therapy sessions.
