Scientists test video game mazes to fight memory loss

NCT ID NCT07225400

Summary

This study is testing a new virtual reality (VR) training program designed to help older adults with mild memory concerns. Participants will wear VR goggles and practice navigating through different mazes while researchers measure their brain activity. The goal is to see if this specific type of mental exercise can improve navigation skills and strengthen related brain networks, potentially helping to manage early cognitive changes.
