Summary
This study tests a home-based virtual reality system to help people who had a stroke 3 to 12 months ago improve their movement and quality of life. About 322 participants will either get usual rehab instructions or use a special computer program that guides exercises and tracks progress. The goal is to see if this easy-to-use system boosts recovery and keeps patients motivated without needing frequent clinic visits.
