Summary

This study is testing whether using virtual reality (VR) can help reduce depression symptoms and improve quality of life in teenage girls. It will involve 48 girls aged 13-18 who have been diagnosed with mild to moderate depression. Researchers will measure changes in depression and well-being after the girls use VR sessions, comparing them to a group that does not use VR.
