Summary

This study tests whether using a virtual reality (VR) headset showing a calming nature video can help reduce pain and anxiety during a first-trimester procedural abortion. About 72 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either standard care or standard care plus the VR headset. Researchers will measure pain and anxiety levels during the procedure and ask about satisfaction afterward.
