Summary
This study tests whether watching virtual reality videos (like an aquarium or kaleidoscope) can reduce pain and fear in children aged 7 to 12 when they get an IV. About 150 kids having day surgery will be randomly assigned to watch a VR video or receive standard care. Researchers will measure pain, fear, and vital signs to see if VR helps make the procedure more comfortable.
