Summary
This study is testing whether a short, self-guided virtual reality (VR) program can help young adults feel more hopeful and improve their overall well-being. The program involves one in-person VR session followed by four at-home audio/video sessions focused on personal reflection. Researchers will measure changes in hope, well-being, and self-understanding in 40 healthy participants aged 18-30.
