Doctors try VR to fight burnout in new study
NCT ID NCT07140705
Summary
This study tested whether a brief, guided virtual reality experience could help improve the mental well-being and reduce burnout for general practitioners (GPs). Twenty-one GPs participated in a single session using a VR program designed to promote psychological flexibility and reflection on personal values. The goal was to see if this approach was practical and acceptable as a potential tool to support doctors facing high stress.
