Summary
This study will test if using virtual reality (VR) goggles as a distraction can reduce the pain and anxiety patients feel when needles are inserted for their dialysis treatment. It will involve 150 adults on hemodialysis who use a specific type of vascular access. Researchers will compare pain and anxiety levels between patients using VR during the procedure and those receiving standard care.
