Summary

This study tests a 4-week virtual reality program designed to help first-time pregnant women feel more confident and prepared for childbirth. Researchers will measure changes in self-efficacy and mental wellbeing. The trial aims to enroll 68 women who are at least 20 weeks pregnant with a single pregnancy.
