NCT ID NCT07172828
Summary
This study is testing whether using virtual reality (VR) for physical therapy exercises is more effective than standard exercises for people with long-term low back pain. Researchers will compare two groups of participants over 8 weeks to see if the VR program improves muscle health, balance, and pain levels. The goal is to find more engaging and effective ways to help people manage their chronic pain and function better in daily life.
