NCT ID NCT07305597

First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tested whether adding virtual reality (VR) to pain education and core exercises could help people with chronic low back pain. 51 adults were split into two groups: one did standard pain education plus core exercises, the other used VR for pain education plus the same exercises. The goal was to see if VR could reduce pain, fear of movement, and disability better than standard care.
