Virtual reality workouts aim to sharpen aging minds
NCT ID NCT07242495
Summary
This study is testing whether adding immersive virtual reality (VR) videos to a simple chair exercise routine can help improve memory, attention, and thinking skills in older adults with mild cognitive impairment. Researchers will compare a group doing chair exercises with VR videos to a group doing the same exercises without VR. The goal is to see if the engaging VR experience provides extra benefits for brain health over six weeks.
