Virtual reality workouts aim to stabilize blood chemistry in dialysis patients

NCT ID NCT07316725

Summary

This study will test whether doing virtual reality exercises during dialysis treatment can help balance important minerals in the blood of patients with severe kidney disease. Researchers will enroll 40 patients aged 20-40 who are on regular dialysis to see if VR workouts improve their electrolyte levels, blood pressure, and walking ability. The goal is to find a more engaging way to help dialysis patients stay active and potentially manage complications.
