Virtual reality workouts show promise for back pain sufferers

Summary
This study tests whether combining virtual reality with high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can reduce pain and fear of movement in people with chronic low back pain. About 52 adults aged 18 to 65 with ongoing back pain will participate. They will use VR headsets during exercise sessions and receive pain education to see if this approach improves their symptoms and motivation.
