NCT ID NCT07473765
Summary
This study is testing whether simple, at-home virtual reality (VR) breathing exercises can help reduce anxiety and improve quality of life for people living with ALS. Researchers will enroll 60 participants across five Canadian sites, randomly assigning them to either use the VR relaxation program or receive no intervention. The goal is to see if this accessible technology can provide mental health relief for individuals facing this progressive disease.
