VR headsets aim to steady stroke Survivors' steps

NCT ID NCT06780488

Summary

This study is testing a new virtual reality (VR) training program to see if it can help people who have had a stroke improve their balance and walking. 38 participants will be split into two groups: one will get the full VR training with special visual and balance challenges, while the other gets a simpler version. Everyone will do 12 short sessions, and researchers will measure changes in walking, balance, and quality of life.
