Summary
This study is testing whether immersive virtual reality therapy can improve balance in people with Parkinson's disease. Fifty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either standard physical therapy or virtual reality therapy during their rehabilitation sessions. The research aims to see if the virtual reality approach leads to better balance, walking speed, and quality of life compared to traditional methods.
