Virtual reality headsets aim to ease back pain and boost therapy motivation

NCT ID NCT07202975

Summary

This study is testing whether a virtual reality (VR) rehabilitation program can help people with long-term low back pain. It compares the VR program, which includes guided exercises at home and in the clinic, to standard group physical therapy. The main goals are to see if VR reduces pain, improves movement, and helps people stick with their exercise routine better than usual care.
