Virtual reality trial offers new hope for anorexia recovery
NCT ID NCT07353151
Summary
This study is testing whether a short virtual reality (VR) program can be used safely and comfortably by people receiving treatment for anorexia nervosa. Participants will try five VR sessions over one week that include calming scenes, motivational messages, and practice with food-related situations. The main goal is to see if people are willing to participate, complete the sessions, and find the experience helpful before planning a larger future study.
