Summary

This study aimed to monitor the real-world safety and effectiveness of the drug VPRIV (velaglucerase alfa) in patients with Gaucher disease in Japan. It followed 63 patients, including those new to treatment and those switching from other therapies. The main goal was to track side effects and see how well the drug improved key health measures like blood counts and organ size.
