NCT ID NCT07150013

Summary

This early-stage study is testing a drug called vorinostat to see if it is safe and can help control symptoms of Rett syndrome. Up to 15 girls and young women with Rett syndrome will take the drug for several months, with each person's results compared to their own baseline. The main goal is to check for safety and see if the drug shows any signs of improving symptoms like movement, behavior, and seizures.
