First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests a drug called VONVENDI (recombinant von Willebrand factor) to see if it is safe and helps control bleeding in Chinese adults with von Willebrand disease (VWD), a condition that makes blood clot poorly. About 20 participants will receive the drug, sometimes with another clotting factor (ADVATE), before surgeries or dental procedures. The study lasts about 14 months and monitors side effects, bleeding control, and how the body processes the drug.
