Can a common pain gel get people moving again?
NCT ID NCT06379893
Summary
This study looked at whether using Voltaren Gel (diclofenac) for knee osteoarthritis pain could help people move more and improve their daily life. About 200 adults with mild knee arthritis used the gel for three weeks while wearing an activity tracker to measure their movement. Researchers wanted to see if reducing pain with the gel led to more physical activity, better sleep, and less stiffness in a real-world setting.
