Can a special Warm-Up stop young athletes from getting hurt?
NCT ID NCT07351396
Summary
This study tested whether a special 12-week warm-up program could help prevent injuries in young male volleyball players. Twenty-four players aged 15-17 were split into two groups: one used the new warm-up, and the other used their usual routine. Researchers measured their balance and movement control before and after to see if the program made them more stable and less likely to get injured.
